The application in plain paper with the attested copies of certificate,
marklist, age proof, education qualification, experience if any, etc. should reach
the Mission Director (NRHM), Directorate of National Rural Health Mission,
U.T. of Lakshadweep, Kavaratti within 20 days from the date of this notice.
Application received without attested copies of certificate, mark list, age proof,
education qualification, etc. and after due date will not be accepted.
