NOTIFICATION
The Director, Port, Shipping & Aviation, Lakshadweep invites
applications from the qualified local candidates for the contract appointment of the
following posts purely on contract basis to the Port Workshop, Kavaratti for a period
of 2 years for attending repairs, maintenance and operation of the machinaries and
crafts.

watch and ward of Govt. property
and crafts at Port Workshop.
A certificate of physique shall be
submitted along with application
4. Mobile Crane and Holder of heavy Driving Licence Rs. 7000/-
Fork Lift Operator 2 Persons and experienced in operation of consolidated
Mobile Crane & Fork Lift

The Applications in plain paper with attested copies of certificates in proof
of educational qualifications, age, caste and experience etc. should be addressed to
the Director, Port, Shipping & Aviation, U.T. of Lakshadweep, Kavaratti so as to
reach on or before 15th July, 2010 at 5 pm. Applications received without attested
copies of certificates and after due date and time will not be entertained. For special
conditions for the contract appointments and details of work etc. candidates may
approach the Directorate of Port, Shipping & Aviation on all working days.
