The Mission Director, National Rural Health Mission, U. T. of Lakshadweep,
Kavaratti is pleased to invite applications from the eligible and willing local Scheduled
Tribe candidates of Lakshadweep who fulfill the following qualifications for appointment
to the post of Ophthalmic Assistant a consolidated amount of Rs. 8,000/- per
month on contract basis for one year (with 89 days spell) under the National Programme
for Control at Blindness.

The application in plain paper with attested copies of certificates such Educational and
Technical Qualification, Mark List, Scheduled Tribe Certificate, Proof of Age etc should reach the
Director of Medical & Health Services, U.T. of Lakshadweep, Kavaratti within 30 days from the
date of applications of this notice . Applications received without attested copies of Educational
and Technical Qualifications Mark List, Scheduled Tribe Certificate, Proof of Age etc. and after
due date will not be accepted.
