NOTIFICATION

It is proposed to engage Graduate/ Technician Apprentices as detailed
below for a period of one year under Lakshadweep Harbour Works.
1. Graduate in Civil Engineering 1
Stipend Rs. 2600/- p.m.
2. Graduate in Mechanical Engineering 1
3. Deploma in Civil Engineering 6
4. Deploma in Mechanical Engineering 3 Stipend Rs.1850/- p.m.
5. Deploma in Electrical Engineering 1
TOTAL 12
Interested candidates may submit their applications with bio- data along
with copies of certificates and proof of registration in Employment Exchange to the
Deputy Chief Engineer, Lakshadweep Harbour Works, Kavaratti on or before
10-11-2010 Please note that the candidates who have passed the Diplopma Degree in
the concerned discipline and completed 3 years need not apply. The candidates who
had undergone apprenticeship Training or having job experience after attaining the
qualification shall not be eligible for being engaged as apprentice.
